Student Project server prices remain stable over the years even

License Costs We assume that additional OS licenses are purchased
only Star Student Project when H/W base increases since Star
Student Project last refresh cycle. This assumption requires us
to keep Star Student Project track of current number of OS
licenses in possession. The cost of OS license is given as Star
Student Project where DOS is per-tier OS license price. If all
the servers use the same OS, all elements of this Star Student
Project vector will have the same value. Note that we do not use
Star Student Project piece-wise function as it is the case
for the H/W cost.
